200-250 g snapper
1/2 sliced onion
1 small fresh chili
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce light
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Cooking method:
- Wash the fish in a warm water
- Put the fish in a plate, so the sauce will not come out of the steamer
- Place sliced onion, chili on top of the fish
- Pour the fish and soy sauce, sesame oil over the fish
- Steam for about 15 minutes
- Can be served with plain rice
