Sotong



Ingredients 4 portion:

250-300 cuttle fish
1/2 onion
4 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons of chillies paste
5  of lime leave
2 stick of lemon grass
1 tablespoon of white sugar
1 tablespoon of tamarind juice
3 tablespoons oil for fry


method:


1 wash the cuttle fish, and cut cube as you like
2 reheat oil in frying pan in to medium flame
3 fry onion ,garlic copped,lemon grass cut into two, until aromatic
4 add lemon leave,sugar,tamarind,chillies paste,cook another 2 minutes
5 add cuttle fish and cook around 10-15 minutes
6 if to thick just add some water around 3 tablespoons
7 ready to serve with white rice
