Steamed salmon with potatoes

Ingredients for 2 portions:

200-300 g salmon
1/2 carrot
1 large potato
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 sliced medium sized onion
salt and  pepper to taste





Cooking method:

  1. Cut onion, potato and carrot in thin slices
  2. Put the vegetables in a steamer pot on the bottom
  3. Rinse salmon in warm water
  4. Place the fish slices on the top of the vegetables
  5. Cover it with sliced onion, adding salt, pepper and dried basil
  6. Steam the fish in a covered pot for about 15 minutes
  7. Serve immediately
