200-300 g salmon
1/2 carrot
1 large potato
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 sliced medium sized onion
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking method:
- Cut onion, potato and carrot in thin slices
- Put the vegetables in a steamer pot on the bottom
- Rinse salmon in warm water
- Place the fish slices on the top of the vegetables
- Cover it with sliced onion, adding salt, pepper and dried basil
- Steam the fish in a covered pot for about 15 minutes
- Serve immediately
